Academic Year and Enrollment Policies
The academic year runs from September through June. Parents are required to pay for the full school year regardless of holidays, start dates, inclement weather, unforeseen circumstances, or student absences.
Enrollment Requirements
- Non-refundable, non-transferable security placement fee
- 1st Month tuition
- Security placement fee applied to the last month, with two full months’ written notice
- July and August do not count toward the written notice
- Security placement fee and 1st Month tuition applied only as tuition
Additional Fees
- Non-refundable Annual Application Fee: $325 (Cash/Certified Check) due every July
- Smart App Fee: $56 per calendar school year
- Security Placement Fee: $1500
- Yearly School Supplies and Materials: varies by attendance schedule
- Late Pick Up Fees: $1 per minute
