How to Enroll

Selecting the right school gives your child a strong foundation for lifelong learning. Smart Start Academy provides nursery, preschool, and after-school programs across four campuses in New Jersey. Children learn in a safe, engaging, and supportive environment, discovering ways to express themselves creatively, emotionally, socially, and intellectually. Our programs are designed to meet the needs of different age groups and help each child thrive.

Programs We Offer

At Smart Start Academy, we run programs for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and pre-kindergarten students. Daycare, after-school programs, and backup care are also available. We plan activities that build self-confidence and help children feel capable and express themselves effectively.

Families can enroll at any of our four New Jersey campuses. Each learning center is safe and child-friendly, led by highly qualified teachers who focus on educational, social, and behavioral growth. The academic year runs from September through June.

Creative Curriculum

We are committed to creating opportunities for children to learn in meaningful ways. Using the Creative Curriculum, we emphasize project-based learning that lets children apply new skills.

Lessons adapt to the developmental stages and needs of each child, with programs for infants through preschoolers. Students engage in structured activities and free play, supporting social-emotional, physical, cognitive, and language development.

Scheduled Open House

We encourage parents to attend an Open House as part of the application process. This is an event where you can learn more about our application process. You can meet our teachers and ask about the educational programs we offer at the various locations. Open House events typically last about one hour.

Submit Your Application

To enroll your child in one of our programs, please complete the online application on Smart-StartAcademy.com. Along with the application, submit a nonrefundable registration fee of $325, a $1,500 nontransferable security placement fee, and the first month's tuition for your selected program.

This application guarantees your child's placement at one of our schools. The security placement fee will be applied to the final month of the academic year (June). We recommend submitting your application and fees at least three months before your desired start date.
